The chemical industry uses LiquiSonic® sensors for concentration of sulfuric acid, ammonia, hydrofluoric acid and more chemicals. For chlor-alkali electrolysis, analyzers monitor sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. Gas scrubbers, phase separations, neutralizations, dissolving or blendings, LiquiSonic® sensors are part of the process. The analyzer used for complex reactions in crystallizations and/or polymerizations. Crystallization critical parameters include saturation degree, the crystal content or the metastable range; polymerization analysis of the polymerization degree is important.
LiquiSonic® technology uses sonic velocity that is a high-precision and stable measuring result. Sonic velocity devices are robust, maintenance-free, corrosion-resistant, and integrate into process without bypass. Made in Germany, Liquisonic is installed directly into any size pipe or vessels. Measurement is continuously inline and the results are online.
The controller displays and stores results, with a trend view showing process status any time. Measuring results above or below thresholds generate an immediate signal. Automated process control provides measuring results transferred to the process control system. With a PC, data is easily read for generating reports and analysis.
