The new Gefran 1350 PID temperature controller completes the 650/1250 series, with simple programming, easy to use, scheduled maintenance functions, KWh counters and output switching cycles.

The complete line includes the 650 (1/16 DIN), 1250 (1/8 DIN) and 1350 (1/4 DIN); all of which have a complete and user-friendly HMI, that reads easy with data on a wide, sharp, and comprehensive LCD display.

The Gefran 1350 PID’s large visible area (83 x 68 mm) establishes this temperature controller above its segment due to importance given to the HMI.

With three displays on its controller, temperature is clearly visible from a distance, with large numbers and contrast of white-on-black.

A second display, green, displays the setpoint, simply changed with the up-down keys on the 6-key mechanical keypad. A third display (alphameric), uses amber figures for direct, immediate interaction during configuration and operation. Scrolling messages in the operator’s language (each with 32 characters) provide precise information on the status of the controlled process.

A setpoint programmer version, offers two additional displays with the current program number and step number. And the configurable alphanumeric messages allow comments during every step to describe various process stages.

The large bar graph provides immediate visual information, on critical variables that need continual monitoring.

Easy to configure with the GF_eXpress programming tool for PC (with Wizard pages), the new Zapper portable battery-operated programmer that directly powers the controllers during configuration, copy and paste entire recipes with two simple keys, ideal for use in the field.
